Sticks and Stones: Three Centuries of North Carolina Gravemarkers. The collection includes approximately 1265 photographic slides, the bulk of which depict historic North Carolina buildings
dating from colonial times to the beginning of World War II. The historic gravemarker slides depict headstones, vaults, and cemeteries dating from 1722 to 1980.
