H. Hill Library offers proxy borrowing cards for faculty members. These cards allow research and teaching assistants to borrow books for EPA faculty members. The cards are issued in the name of the faculty member requesting the card. Any recall fines or lost books become the responsibility of the faculty member. Application forms for a proxy borrowing card may be requested from the Circulation Department at Box 7111, or call ext. 5-3364. Proxy Borrowing Card Policies * Patrons in the EPA registration class are eligible to request up to three proxy borrowing cards. * The cards are not transferable to other patrons. * A proxy borrowing card cannot be used by faculty family members. * Faculty members must report lost cards and/or deletions of individuals from the list of authorized borrowers. * Faculty members are fully responsible for all items charged on these cards. Overdue and recall notices will be sent directly to faculty members. * A proxy borrowing card may be used to borrow regular circulating materials (including serials) for the loan period allotted to faculty. However, it may not be used to charge reserved items or other restricted materials. All items charged are subject to recall notices and recall fines. Faculty are responsible for lost or damaged materials.
