Candidate Presentations for Associate Director Position

The NCSU Libraries is conducting a search for the position of 
associate director for Collection Management, Organization 
and Development.  Three highly experienced candidates will 
give presentations--which are open to all NC State 
administrators, staff, faculty, and students--in the Faculty 
Senate.  Each presentation will run from 1:00 to 1:45 P.M. and 
is followed by a question-and-answer period and an afternoon 
break.

The first presentation, on February 15, will be given by Amy 
Dykeman, assistant director for Technical Services and 
Collection Development at the Georgia Institute of Technology.  
Martha Brogan, who manages the social sciences collection at 
Yale University Library, will give her presentation on February 
19.  On February 22 Chris Filstrup, associate university 
librarian for Collections Services at George Washington 
University, will give the final presentation.
