In the October 1995 _NCSU Libraries Newsletter_, GPO Access was introduced. This service provides search and retrieval access to many of the nation's most important federal documents via the Internet. As a GPO Access Public Gateway, the NCSU Libraries provides access to a growing number of full-text databases that cover subjects such as federal legislation, regulations, and laws. GPO Access is adding new databases to its current collection. Users will soon be able to search: House and Senate Calendars for the 104th Congress, Congressional Reports and Documents for the 104th Congress, and Economic Indicators, beginning with the 104th Congress. TO CONNECT TO GPO ACCESS With a direct Internet connection, you can connect to GPO Access databases from the Libraries' information system. Telnet to: library.ncsu.edu and log on as LIBRARY.
