Casorso, 'Recycle Your Old Books', NCSU Libraries Newsletter v22n05 (December 1994) _The NCSU Libraries Newsletter_ Volume 22 no. 5 December 1994 Casorso, Tracy M.01 "Recycle Your Old Books" Preparations are underway for the sixth annual Friends of the Library Book Sale scheduled for April 7 and 8, 1995--and the Friends needs your book donations! Recycle technical books, paperbacks, fiction, nonfiction, children's books, CDs, videocassettes, and audiotapes. (No textbooks or magazines, please.) Donations may be brought to the D. H. Hill Library's loading dock (located on the north side of the library on Primrose Avenue across from Wachovia Bank) Monday through Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. All donations to the Friends are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law, but the FOL is not permitted by law to assess a cash value of the donation. You will receive an acknowledgment for the donation from the Friends stating the number of items donated. Proceeds from the book sale go to support the Libraries' Book Preservation Fund. Be sure to include your name and address with a donation. If you need assistance with your books, please call the Friends office at ext. 5-2841.
