Tajiri, 'Internet Classes', NCSU Libraries Newsletter v20n11 (July 1993) _The NCSU Libraries Newsletter_ Volume 20 no. 11 July 1993 Tajiri, Liese "Internet Classes" In an ongoing joint effort, the NCSU Libraries and the NCSU Computing Center are offering hands-on computer training to introduce University faculty, staff, and graduate students to the sources of information available on the Internet and to instruct them on how to perform various functions on the Internet. The Libraries and the Computing Center will provide instructors for the classes, which will be held in the Information Technologies Teaching Center (ITTC) on the second floor of the East Wing in the D. H. Hill Library. A two-session course will be offered on the mornings of July 27 and 29 from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m., and a second two-session course will be held on August 9 and 11 also from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. There is no fee for attending the classes. Participants should attend both days of the course for which they are registered. Because of space limitations, class size will be limited. Registration is being handled by the Computing Center, and those interested in attending should call ext. 5-5413.
