"1992 Friends of the Library Writers Series"


The fourth annual North Carolina Writers Series offers an 
exciting slate of speakers.  All presentations will be held in 
the State Capitol's original House chamber and will begin at 
7:30 p.m.  The remaining speakers are:

March 31:               Poet Betty Adcock, Kenan Writer-in-
                              Residence at Meredith College and author
                              of _Walking Out_ and _Beholdings_.

April 21:                Jill McCorkle, author of _Tending to
                              Virginia_ and _Ferris Beach_.

May 5:                     Angela Davis-Gardner, assistant professor
                               of creative writing at NCSU and author of
                               _Felice_ and _Forms of Shelter_.
