Levine, 'Internet Classes Offered', NCSU Libraries Newsletter v1995n00 (Levine Cindy) _The NCSU Libraries Newsletter_ Volume 22 no. 7 February 1995 Levine, Cindy "Internet Classes Offered" The NCSU Libraries and the Computing Center will offer two sessions of the course "Exploring the Internet" during the spring semester. The first course will be held on February 21 and 23 from 2:00 to 4:45 P.M. The second course will be offered on March 6 and 8, from 9:00 to 11:45 A.M. The course, requiring two half-days per session, is designed to provide a history of networks and their uses and to give hands-on experience with the most up-to-date tools to navigate the Internet. The course is held in the Information Technologies Teaching Center on the second floor of the D. H. Hill Library's East Wing. Registration is done through the NCSU Computing Center, and these courses are open to all faculty, staff, and graduate students of the University. Registrants should send their names, departments, phone numbers, and the course date and time they want to attend to: classreg@ncsu.edu Registration will be accepted via electronic mail or paper registration ONLY.
