Friends of the Library News: 2002 North Carolina Literary Festival

More than fifty writers will be on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill to give readings,
sign books, conduct workshops, and participate in performances. Some of the
participating writers are Fred Chappell, Clyde Edgerton, Margaret Maron, Robert
Morgan, Reynolds Price, and Lee Smith. For a complete listing of authors and

The festival is a biennial celebration, cooperatively sponsored by the libraries
of UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke University, and NC State.
