REMEMBER:
- The TESS database on the USPTO web site contains trademarks
that were active as of 1984.
- If the trademark you wish to use does not appear in
the database, that does not mean that it is not being
used at the state level or in common law. When in doubt,
always contact state
trademark offices or a patent and trademark attorney.
