Susan Nutter, Vice Provost and Director of the Libraries, is holding two open forums over the next two weeks to discuss the future of the Natural Resources Library (NRL). She will be joined by Carolyn Argentati, Deputy Director of the Libraries, and Karen Ciccone, Director of the NRL.

The NCSU Libraries are having to consider a range of potential budget reductions in response to anticipated fiscal belt-tightening in the state and university budgets. One possible scenario includes closing the NRL and integrating its resources into the D. H. Hill collection.

Though no decisions have been made yet, the leadership of the NCSU Libraries would welcome input from the university community and will be available to answer questions at the following open forums:
