Library staff use the Segway Human Transporter to make urgent deliveries of library materials to office and building locations around campus.

Tripsaver, the Libraries' interlibrary and information delivery service, also facilitates book and article delivery between the main and branch libraries, and from the Satellite Shelving Facility.

For articles, book chapters, and similar materials up to 30 pages in length, Tripsaver delivers items as PDF files via the Web to the desktops of NCSU students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.
