Gates to the James B. Hunt Jr. Library will be restricted to those users with a campus ID from Friday, April 22 through Tuesday, May 3, as students study during Reading Days and Finals.
These entry restrictions are designed to give NC State students the study environment that they need at this time of the semester. Visitors will not be allowed in the library section of the building unless they have an appointment, no tours will be scheduled, and sightseeing will not be permitted. The library gates will be staffed to help students with entry and to explain to external visitors why they cannot enter the library section of the building.
Hunt Library’s gates will reopen to normal visitation at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3.
