Hill Library. Built in 1972 and renovated in 1994, it is named after Banks C. Talley, Jr., who was NC State's Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs from 1969 to 1977. He also served as head of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and executive director of the N.C. Symphony Society.
