Keller (who also designed the 1911 Building and the Park Shops), was built in 1912 and renovated in 1983 and 2006. It served as the campus dining hall until 1971 and is now used by the College of Design. The building is named after Augustus Leazar, who, as a member of the North Carolina General Assembly, sponsored the bill that led to the establishment of the North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts (now NC State).
