Preparing for the next iteration: Adjustments to Your Teaching

Congratulations, you've nearly completed a round of assessment! The final step is to take the results from your reflection on findings and, if you were disappointed, make adjustments to your next round of classes. If your results were positive, it's time to record what went right with your teaching so that you have something to point to as evidence of a best practice. The goal for assessment is to first come up with a list of personal best practices through the iteration of this process, and then to use those in subsequent teaching opportunities.

Next: For the next round, you'll need to Choose a Focus Class.
