Administrative Rules and
Regulations
Congress often passes laws which require an entity to carry out programs and
create guidelines for compliance with and enforcement of the laws enacted.
Administrative agencies execute those functions. Some representative federal
administrative agencies are the Internal Revenue Service, Federal
Communications Commission, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
