Article titles include <title render="doublequote">System Design of a Small General Purpose Digital Computer</title> (1966), <title render="doublequote">Symmetric Circuits and the Concept of Logical Potential</title> (1967), <title render="doublequote">A Map Method for the Teaching of the Fundamental Concepts of Compound-Input Logic Circuits</title> (1968), and <title render="doublequote">Fluidic Realization of Threshold Logic</title> (1968). </abstract>
<abstract encodinganalog="545">Syracuse, N.Y., native Norman Robert Bell (1918 - 1994) received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University in 1939 and a master's degree in engineering from Cornell University in 1945. He served as a professor of electrical engineering at North Carolina State University from 1958 to 1982. He was also a well-regarded amateur astronomist.</abstract>
