<abstract encodinganalog="545">Henry Eli Kendall Jr. (1905 - 1981) was an engineer, North Carolina state government official, director of the State Employees' Credit Union, and a World War II veteran. He received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State College of Agriculture and Engineering in 1926. </abstract>
