Historical Note
The
Policy and Procedures Guidelines Manual was written by a School of Engineering Review Committee in 1970, and it was first issued in January 1971. The manual was primarily intended to provide operating guidelines for administrators and secretaries within the School of Engineering. The sections on travel, undergraduate advising, and research grants and contracts were approrriate for use by faculty members.
