This collection contains memoranda, pamphlets, menus, posters and reports relating to North Carolina State University's University Dining Services. The records document the activities of University Dining from 1972 to 1998 and are arranged in alphabetical order by subject.

University Dining offers a variety of on-campus dining options. Students can choose from all-you-can eat dining halls, several fast-food chains, convenience stores, and a restaurant. University Catering, a branch of University Dining, provides specialty food service to hundreds of functions throughout the North Carolina State University campus each year. Services offered by University Catering include breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, plated lunches and dinners, specialty menus, break services, and receptions.
