Administrative Note

The Office of Finance and Business consists of six divisions: Financial Services Division; Environmental Health and Public Safety Division; Facilities Division; Resource Management and Information Systems; Human Resources; and the Treasurer's Office. The Vice Chancellor for Finance and Business has authority over University trust fund assets and securities, the trademark registration and licensing program, and the declarations of intent concerning Internal Revenue Service reimbursement resolutions.
