| Abstract: | The John Campbell Papers document the life and research of John S. Campbell, a British native who devoted his life's work to tropical agriculture and tobacco. The collection features his research, experiments, and writings about tropical agriculture done in the early part of his career, as well as later work conducted as a tobacco executive in North Carolina.
