| Abstract: | The William Ludwig Baumgarten Papers consist of photographs and student works. The photographs are black and white prints dating from the 1930s, showing residences, stores, schools, and restaurants in Vienna and perhaps elsewhere in Europe, presumably designed by Baumgarten.Student works include illustrated student papers, as well as a blank exam, from classes in the history of architecture Baumgarten taught at the at the North Carolina State College of Agriculture and Engineering (later North Carolina State University) School of Design in the 1950s. | |
