- All non-payroll payments (invoices to vendors, reimbursements, etc.)
- Assigning purchase order numbers
- Placing approved supply and equipment orders with vendors
- Processing travel and employee reimbursements
- Securing and reconciling departmental purchase cards
- Budgets
- Departmental Temporary Wages Reports
- Insurance
