Why is it so hot and/or cold in D. H. Hill Library?
D. H. Hill Library is a conglomeration of four buildings, each having a chiller and a furnace. The temperature is set in the central Facilities building (aka Steam Plant), and library staff do not have access to thermostats or controls.
