How can I reserve the Mini-Theater or the Auditorium?
Mini-Theater
The Mini-Theater (Rm. 2324) on the second floor of the D.H. Hill Library's West Wing can be reserved by NCSU Faculty for classroom instruction.

Faculty may pick up keys and operating instructions at the main circulation desk up to 15 minutes prior to their reservation.
Auditorium
The Auditorium (Rm. 2304), also in the library's West Wing, is scheduled as a 110 classroom by Registration and Records and may, when available, be reserved through that office. You can check the Auditorium schedule on the Astra Calendar -- click the Calendars tab and use the date widget to the left of the search box to select the date, and the Day, Week, or Month tabs to narrow or widen your view.
Then click the Edit Search Filter button at the far right of the screen to bring up the Edit Filter screen.
On this screen, in the Locations category, use the drop-down menu to the right of the Building field to select Erdahl Cloyd Wing. This will show you which time blocks have already been reserved.
