I am trying to make a local phone call on the beige courtesy phones located near the newspapers, but it starts ringing before I finish dialing.
The beige courtesy phones will only dial to campus phone numbers. You should dial the 5-digit version of the number. For example, 515-2597 would be dialed as 5-2597.
