Visiting the Exhibit

THE AMERICAN SOLDIER will be on display from October 13, 2007 through January 11, 2008. Admission is free and open to the public unless otherwise stated. No photography is allowed in the exhibit area.

D. H. Hill Library, 2 Broughton Drive, Raleigh, NC 27695.

Hours and Admission

The American Soldier is open to the public during the following hours:

Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Exceptions:

The library will be closed on Thursday, November 22, and will close early, at 6:00 p.m., on Friday, November 23.

The library will close early, at 6:00 p.m., on December 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30, and 31, 2007, as well as on January 5 and 6, 2008. It will be closed on December 24 and 25, 2007, as well as on January 1, 2008.

Directions

Traveling east on I-40:

1. Take exit 290 (Cary/State Fairgrounds/Highway 54 exit).
2. Turn left at the top of the exit ramp (you will then be on Hwy 54).
3. Stay on Hwy 54. You will pass the State Fairgrounds and the College of Veterinary Medicine. Highway 54 becomes Hillsborough St.
4. The library is on Hillsborough St., approximately 4.5 miles from the interstate.
5. The library is directly across from a First Wachovia Bank and the Electric Company Mall.

Traveling west on I-40:
