Full workshops are scheduled for three hours:
- Hour 1: Literature reviews - content, concepts, tactics, and tips. Along the way, learn about library services you may not know about, and connect with librarians in your subject area for more in-depth help finding information later.
- Hour 2: Literature searching - search tools tailored to your area of research. Avoid fruitlessly wasting time with unfocused Internet searches and learn to use professional tools and search strategies. Workshop will cover a general research database while pointing out subject-specific tools relevant to audience.
- Hour 3: Citation management using RefWorks/Zotero - keep your information organized and generate bibliographies automatically. Learn about these free tools and how they help with the research databases you're already using.
