Making Music at the Hunt Library: Basic Audio Production

Learn the basics of using the Hunt Library Music Rooms in this interactive workshop. Led by Hunt Library employees who are also experienced musicians and recording engineers, you will learn audio production methods in GarageBand and participate in a short, hands-on project that teaches you the basics of voice recording, using the MIDI keyboards, audio editing, multitrack recording, and more. Find out about the powerful production and vintage music format digitization opportunities these rooms have to offer! Appropriate for beginners or for those at any skill level who wish to better familiarize themselves with the Hunt Library Music Rooms and come away from the workshop with essential skills for both school and personal projects.
