*  How to maximize your use of the specific databases tailored to your field of research. 
*  Tips and tricks, such as setting up search alerts, using interlibrary loan, managing your research with RefWorks, and making use of library services. 
*  Connecting you to the reference librarians and collection managers in your subject area for more in-depth research help later.

* How to use the citation management tool, RefWorks, which helps to keep your information saved and organized, as well as help you share references with colleagues and generate bibliographies automatically.
