In celebration of Austen 200 at NC State, join us for this special screening of Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. Five Shaolin-trained sisters in 19th century England must cope with the pressures to marry while protecting themselves from a growing population of zombies. This 2016 film is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's 2009 novel, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which parodies the 1813 novel Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. Directed by Burr Steers, who wrote the adapted screenplay, rated PG-13 for zombie violence and action, and brief suggestive material.
