Visiting D.H. Hill Library after 10 p.m.
Entrance to D.H. Hill Library between 10 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is restricted to NC State students, faculty, and staff. As a distance learning student, you may not have an "AllCampus" ID card to verify your status. If you do not have such a card, you need to bring a photo ID (such as a driver's license). Staff at the main Circulation desk can verify your status as an NC State student.
Making Photocopies
If you are in the library and you wish to make photocopies, you can buy a D.H. Hill Library Copy Card from the Photocopy Services office. Please check with Photocopy staff to be sure your card is priced at the student rate ($0.12 per page).
Computers and Printing
There are public computers in D.H. Hill Library for accessing online resources, and there are no charges for their use. Printing from these computers, however, is $0.08 per page and requires that you have a library copy card or AllCampus ID. The Library also hosts a Unity Computing Lab on the second floor of the stacks. These computers have additional computing resources, such as basic desktop applications.
