How to Print at D. H. Hill Library

Quick Check Sun Ray stations & Guest workstations

Quick Check Sun Ray stations do not use Print Quota. They use WolfCopy cards, which can be purchased in the WolfCopy office off the main lobby on the 1st floor of D.H. Hill Library.

1. Go to File and select Print.
2. From the list of printers, select black-white@localhost or default.
3. On the Sun Ray stations, find the printer icon at the top of the screen. Find out your username, e.g., poe18.
4. Retrieve your print job from the print station in the Ground Floor Reading Room, against the east wall, the wall farthest from the entrance. Printer looks like a copier.
5. Insert your card into the reader.
6. Select your print job. Some files such as PDFs will print after a brief delay.
7. Click the "Log out" icon to get your card back.

• 10 cents per page will be deducted from your card.
• You can add money to your card using a machine in the WolfCopy office off the main lobby on the 1st floor of D.H. Hill Library.

No Color printing is available from these workstations
