If you are asked by an e-journal to sign in with an individual user name and password or asked to pay for an article, you have:
- found an online journal (or issue of a journal) to which NCSU Libraries does NOT subscribe.
- found a journal (or issue of a journal) to which NCSU Libraries does subscribe, but the journal's website is not recognizing you (a technical error).
- gone straight to the journal's website from off-campus without going through the Libraries' website.

If you have determined that NCSU Libraries does not provide online access (check the Journal List) or have the journal in print (check the catalog), NCSU affiliates can order articles through Tripsaver.
