Collection Managers Receive Awards
Suzanne Weiner, Collection Management Department Head, has been appointed a UCLA Senior Fellow for 2005 by the UCLA Graduate School of Education and Information Studies. The Fellows attend a summer institute to study topics relevant to research library administrators.
Hilary Davis, NCSU Libraries Fellow, was awarded the 2005 Marion E. Sparks Award for Professional Development. An honorary certificate and check for $1500 was presented to her at the annual business meeting of the SLA Chemistry Divsion in Toronto.
