NCSU Libraries' patrons may borrow materials according to the following schedule.

Book Renewals
NCSU faculty and graduate students are allowed two renewals beyond the original loan
period. NCSU students, staff, and all other borrowers are allowed one renewal. For a complete

Borrowing and Renewing Materials.
Patron record
Information on your borrowing record is available online from the NCSU Libraries
Borrowing and Renewing Materials web page. After logging
in, patrons can:
- View items checked out
- Renew materials
- View Interlibrary loan and TRIPSaver titles checked out and requests pending
- View any fees and fines for your account
- Update your personal contact information for NCSU Libraries
NCSU faculty, staff and students can login using a Unity ID
and password. University Affiliates should use a borrower ID and pin number.
Holds/Recalls
Library materials checked out to someone else can be recalled or held upon
return by request. Hold/Recall requests can be placed in person at the Burlington
Textiles Library, via phone (919-515-3043) or e-mail
( ),
or directly through the NCSU Libraries' catalog.
Returns
Books from any NC State library may be returned to the Burlington
Textiles Library, either within the library itself, or at the convenient drive-up
book return box (located on Main Campus Drive outside the College of Textiles).
