Create a Weblog

Creating a weblog will take about 2 minutes. Just follow these 4 easy steps below.

1. Login using your Unity ID and password
  • Click on the Register tab in the WolfBlogs banner that takes you to the Unity ID login screen.
  • Log in with your Unity ID and password.

    Click on the register link from the Wolfblogs homepage
2. Register as a new user
  • Fill out the online registration form that looks like this:

    The new user registration form will ask for your full name, unity ID username, email and for you to agree to the terms and conditions of use.
3. Create a new weblog
  • From the main menu, click on 'Create new weblog' in the Actions box.

    Click on create new weblog on the right top part of the screen.           
4. Basic set up for your weblog
  • Give your blog a name. (e.g. "Writing at NCSU")
  • Give the blog a brief description. (e.g. "Jennifer's perspectives on ENG 101")
  • Choose a handle - one word that will make your blog URL unique. (e.g. http://blogs.lib.ncsu.edu/page/jennifer)
  • Select a 'theme', that organizes how your Weblog will look.

5. Now you are ready to create and post your first weblog entry.
